Ben (Another Ben) and the team have built some fantastic studios and we have recently teamed up with Solo60 offering personal training from their spaces from September. These are luxury, private studios with quality equipment, showers and changing facilities stocked with home comforts. We will be based in Tower Bridge for now and then we will have unique and preferred access of their brand new Spitalfields studio from the end of September.

The working day as we know it has changed. Never before have we been bombarded with information, stressed with constant digital stimuli and moving less than at any time in history.
Here are 3 key strategies that you could use now.
1. Brain breaks: You would need to read on average 178 back to back newspapers every day to consume the same amount of information that is thrown at you each day. This leads to over thinking, which leads to an increase in stress on your nervous system as you try hard to compartmentalise your thoughts.
Tip - Take organised 5 minute breaks away from all things that beep, vibrate, alert or have a ring tone.
2. Focus on Food: Our bodies function on what we put inside us. Eating at regular times and ensuring we drink adequate water will help not only energy levels but brain focus, sounds easy but what are your office cupboards filled with?
Tip- Remove the foods that will have an inflammatory response to the body. Put a limit the sugary treats you are consuming throughout the day.
3. Walk & Talk: Great things happen when you walk! By walking you not only are doing the basic task of increasing activity but also giving you the opportunity to get out of the 18-21 degree Aircon you’re probably stuck in all day and start to breath properly. Fantastic for stress reduction.
Tip- Start with meetings that don’t need minutes and only would last 15 - 20 minutes.
